Chapter 8: Information design in practice: multi-platform delivery

In this chapter we explore how information designers have begun to use multiple platforms to depict information. Instead of using a single platform, such as print, interactive or environmental, many now combine different ways of delivering data and information. One single platform is not necessarily the solution to the problem. The answer may lie in conveying the information through multiple methods of delivery, carefully considered, structured and presented by a methodical strategy.
