Statement of Work
Your Project Summary passed the first test and the client continues reading your proposal. It is time to clearly define the project. The Statement of Work is the proposal’s most critical section for both the vendor and the client. A detailed Statement of Work will serve to protect the vendor from scope creep and he-said, she-said moments that tend to occur when working with some clients. For the client the Statement of Work is an assurance that you fully understand the project and will provide the services needed.
