I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Timeline
“How long is this thing going to take, anyway?” you ask of yourself. Your potential client is likely wondering about this very same concern. You should address this question in your proposal, but there are a myriad of variables that really don’t allow for accuracy in specific timelines during the early stages of a project.
• How long will it take to get feedback from the client?
• How many rounds of comps will it take to get client approval for each aspect of the project?
• How much time from each day will staff members be able to devote to the project?
• What unknowns (such as bugs) will occur during the project?
