Flickr offers a fine XML API. All the details you need are available in the documentation at www.flickr.com/services/api/. Pull it up in your favorite web browser, and then find the list of Request Formats. You will be using the simplest – REST. This tells us that the API endpoint is http://api.flickr.com/services/rest/.
