We will use an Android emulator as the virtual hardware platform to demonstrate how to customize and extend an Android system. You will learn how to integrate an ARM translator (Houdini) into the Intel x86-based emulator and how to add Wi-Fi support to an Android emulator. We will use an x86emu device to learn these topics.
