Building the Expense Manager App
Now that we have a better understanding of Web Storage, let's use it to build our Expense Manager Application.
Like in the previous chapters, we will use the forked angular-seed
project, which is available at https://github.com/areai51/angular-seed.
Let's create a folder named exp-mgr
, and extract the contents of the angular-seed
ZIP file into the folder.
Run the following command in the terminal to install the dependencies:
npm install
Let's start by tweaking the base index file located at
app/index.html
. We will replace the default HTML markup with the following code:
