Biography
Dennis Tupicoff was born in 1951 and graduated from Queensland University in 1970, later completing the Swinburne Film and TV School animation course in 1977. After working as a writer/director/producer of his own films as well as TV commercials and other commercial and sponsored work, he was appointed Lecturer in Animation at the Victoria College of the Arts School of Television (1992–94).
