Work Flow

Even though this book presents the production phase of animation in a linear fashion, it does not have to be so. As was mentioned before, the fact that there is so much to do on a project like this can be seen as a strength as opposed to an obstacle. If you are feeling burned out after doing nothing but animation for 3 days, there is no reason that you can’t take a break and work on the final sets. Or take a day to record and play with voice work.

It’s important to remember, though, that hard core animators never quit. Ever. They just go crazy after a few months and melt into a puddle of coffee and keyframes. The lesson? Don’t be a hard core animator.
