Motion Blur
Unless you want your final production to look to like clay model stop motion animation or one of the stylized high speed camera action movies like Gladiator, you will want to add Motion Blur to your composite. Figures 15.55 and 15.56 show the difference between an action-filled shot with and without motion blur. Due to the nature of our eyes, motion blur is something that we see every day, so much so that we don’t usually realize or make note of it. However, when it is not present when it should be, the effect is obvious and reduces the believability of your animation.
