HR Operations

This functional area, HR Operations, counts toward 38 percent of the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) exam. Technically, human resource (HR) operations refer to services provided by an HR department to the organization’s operations. It covers a wide range of services including administrative services, recruitment, employee relations, legal compliance, policy development, compensation and benefits, training and development, and safety.
