Early HR Career–Level Tasks
All the previous chapters focused on specific knowledge within the human resource (HR) profession. As a new HR professional, you will need to understand all of that information. In addition, you will need to understand how to apply it on the job. To that end, the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) has developed a list of tasks in the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) Body of Knowledge that are representative of what is to be found on a typical entry-level HR professional job assignment.
