12. Communicating Using Bugs
No matter how good your developer is, or how much effort is put into your software, your app isn’t going to be perfect. Even the extensively documented Space Shuttle software development process has not been able to produce perfect software, and that has far better quality control than anything your developer is going to approach (see www.fastcompany.com/28121/they-write-right-stuff).
The trick is to find the imperfections and get them fixed, and the best way to do that is to document and track each one of them. These days, the logical place to do this is on the web. This chapter is about using dedicated web applications that serve just that purpose.
