When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Troubleshooting
It can be confusing to know which tool to use if you aren’t familiar with its capabilities. When you create a user with the Server app, if there are SACLs configured for a select list of services, the Server app automatically adds that new user to the SACLs. This can be confusing if you carefully construct a SACL to restrict access to the AFP service, and then wonder why the user you created with the Server app is not restricted from using the AFP service.
For service ACLs, it can be somewhat confusing if users are trying to connect to a service for which they don’t have permission. Despite the fact that they have entered their password correctly, they may believe that they haven’t, because they see the authentication window shake ...
