The purpose of a Review and Approve workflow is streamlining the process of reviewing content, adding editorial comments, and then approving or rejecting the final content. Final Cut Server has a built-in template for a Review and Approve workflow that uses metadata fields, notifications, and subscriptions. Subscriptions are Final Cut Server processes that watch for changes in metadata, and then trigger a response.
