The Mac mini line of consumer desktop computers is not designed to be modified by end users. Additional random-access memory (RAM) and any other options or upgrades must be either ordered as configure-to-order (CTO) options at the time of purchase, or installed by an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Apple retail store after purchase.
