Abstract
This chapter describes capabilities specific to the one you will be supporting. It poses questions to identify exactly what features the application offers and what that means for the person who will be supporting it. Examples of questions are: what browsers are supported, is the application brittle, is a license key required, is the source code included, and what auditing functions are provided.
