Chapter 3. Building your Hello Process Project
It's time to build our first business process application. Adhering to the long-lasting tradition of writing "Hello World" as the first program when we start learning a new language, framework, or application, we will build a Hello World business process. We will start with an overview of the Service Component Architecture (SCA) standard and Service Data Object (SDO) standard and how they relate to building applications using an SOA approach using WID. Getting the fundamentals about SCA and SDO will provide the reader with an understanding of how to begin to build, test, and deploy business process applications.
