17.2. JSP/Servlet-EJB connectivity
A JSP or servlet can locate and call methods on an EJB in a very similar manner to that used by a standalone client. However, there are a few subtleties of which the developer should be aware. In general, the implementation of the servlet or JSP will depend to a certain extent on whether the Web container and the EJB container are part of an integrated J2EE-compliant application server, or essentially separate systems.
