The Author’s Perspective

In the final stage of leadership, leaders should have evolved to become better and stronger leaders, with a higher level of expertise in their chosen profession, a clear understanding of human nature that applies to their proficiencies with human skills, and past ethical behavior, which can all be evidenced by their positive performance history.
