The title of the chapter asks a question which we will attempt to address. The question may be criticized by some. They may ask “On what basis do you assume that we are going wrong?” Some may say “We are not going wrong. We are on the right path”. Whether we are going in the right direction or the wrong one is a matter of opinion. The opinion that I share with many is that, in some ways, we are going wrong and some of my reasons for thinking so are alluded to in earlier parts of the book but will be expanded on here.
