We don’t know how our future will turn out. This is a good thing because, if we accept that the future is not predetermined, this means that we are in a position to take actions that will give us the best outcome. What are the mistakes that have been made? If we recognize them, then we can correct them to enable us to make things better. Let us proceed on the basis of this simple idea. It would be too ambitious to embark on a detailed list of mistakes that have been/are being made. What will be attempted is to try to point out a few and how they might be corrected.
