Chapter 10. Use Cases and the Project Plan

Before we can build the system, we need a plan of attack. What will we work on first? How do we know something is complete? We will rely on use cases to develop the project plan for our system.

The final thing to develop in elaboration is the first project plan. Like our other documents, this will be updated over time to reflect knowledge gained as we work on the project. The primary documents we will use for this are the risk factors, market factors, list of assumptions, and all the use cases.
