In the following example, we are going to create closed caption files for a video using the Azure Media Analytics Media Indexer. Microsoft recommends using Azure Media Analytics over the Video API from Cognitive Services, so that's what we are going to use here. We are going to use the speech to text feature of the Azure Media Indexer 2 Preview media processor (MP) to create subtitles for the video from a Console Application.
