Hubert Best (http://bestandsoames.com) is an internationally recognized expert in intellectual property and media law, particularly the exploitation of audiovisual and music content in new media environments. A partner at the law firm Best & Soames in London, he also serves as a European Union advocate through the Stockholm firm ENN and is the international legal advisor for the Federation of Commercial Audiovisual Libraries International, Ltd.
