Programming the Teachbot: Making It Move
Mobile robots are meant to move, and they use motors to do it. The radio control (R/C) servo motor is among the easiest to adapt to a small robot chassis—it’s compact, easy to mount, and affordable. The Teachbot Servo uses two such motors, situated on each side of the robot. Simply by controlling the speed and direction of these motors you can scoot the Teachbot across the room and maneuver it with amazing accuracy.
