Abstract
Blockchain technology has quickly gained popularity in mainstream research worldwide. The pioneering implementation of this technology can be seen in the Bitcoin cryptocurrency, which operates on an open-source platform. While initially associated with financial services, blockchain technology has now captured the attention of various sectors, particularly healthcare.
The healthcare industry is aware of blockchain’s benefits and unique qualities, such as immutability, security, and trust. The purpose of this research is to look at the many advantages of blockchain technology in the medical field. The study focuses on a conceptual framework addressing various issues related to blockchain and at the same time tries to establish empirically also. Paramedics, including technicians, nursing staff, lab assistants, and administrative staff, are here for empirical approach, as there is limited conducted research on these individuals.
