Diversity and inclusion (D&I) has earned its place as a key business strategy in any association that is focused on sustaining successful growth and creating value for its constituents. It is critical that an association executive understands how D&I contributes to mission-driven organizations and helps a CSE meet societal imperatives, financial objectives, and legal requirements. It is also very valuable for nonprofit managers to have a solid D&I framework of their own, in order to remain competitive in the marketplace.
