About the contributors
Shin-Horng Chen is currently the Director and a research fellow of the International Division at the Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research, an economic think tank in Taiwan. Dr. Chen has intensive research experience on the development of the ICT industry, science and technology policy, national innovation systems, global production and innovation networks, R&D internationalization, and industrial clusters. Recently he has extended his research fields into technology branding, technology foresight, and service innovation.
