So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Introduction
Assam is a state of the Union of India. The political structure of Assam is headed by the ceremonial post of the Governor who is assisted by a council of ministers, headed by the Chief Minister.
Governor
- Along with centre, the Constitution of India envisages a parliamentary system of government at the state. Part VI of the Constitution, which deals with the government in the states.
- Articles 153 to 167 in Part VI of the Constitution deal with the state executive.
- The governor is the chief executive head of the state. But, like the president, he is a nominal executive head (titular or constitutional head). The governor also acts as an agent of the central government.
