Changed Realities on the Ground
What people want and expect now, compared to what they wanted and expected in the past, are too completely different that organizations need to think from the ground up about what they are offering people in order to attract and retain their goodwill and labor. Just as important as changed expectations are people’s attitudes to life in general since these direct the way that they make decisions and behave in work and out of it. Of course, there is no such thing as a standard worker; people are individuals and different groups of people behave in different ways.
