The Power in You

Before I take the time to bring everything together, I would like to take a few minutes to thank you for taking the time to be a part of this dialogue. I tried to gear this toward all levels within an organization. If you are at the top of your career, I hope that this book provided you with some insight into how your organization has been successful and ways you can lead it in the future. If you are a small business owner, you now know some of the pitfalls that larger organizations have seen and you know how to differentiate your business accordingly. Most of us have achieved our role in business based on our passion, and now is the time to feed it, and let it grow. If you are just starting out in your career, and are getting frustrated with certain things, you should know that you do have the power to change things. No matter the groups that you are part of, you have, and will continue to have, the ability to change the world in a positive way.
