ADDITIONAL TECHNIQUES FOR TRAINING DELIVERY AND FACILITATION
Noncompliance training in a healthcare setting often falls within one of five areas: leadership development, new employee orientation, equipment, procedures, or software training. The last three call for straightforward, to-the-point facilitation. Many of the principles used in these more linear courses align with compliance training. However, classes that fall under soft skills (such as leadership and communication) thrive on open and experiential learning facilitation models, which allow learners to explore the topic within a safe environment and apply the information to their specific situations.
