Change management is a term you have probably heard, particularly when a new policy, program, or process is introduced. You’ve also likely heard it when initiatives have struggled, as in “What are we doing to manage this change?” Too often change management is seen as a “nice to have” during the planning stages of a transition, but then is later called upon to save the day.
