ONBOARDING

It was Tuesday afternoon and Denise was heading back to the office to celebrate another successful session of University Health’s onboarding program, The Journey Begins Now. Her team in the Center for Learning Excellence had worked hard for several years to completely revamp the onboarding experience for all new hires, continuing to monitor evaluative data from new employees to ensure a quality experience.

This session’s evaluations had continued the positive trend, overwhelmingly validating that new hires left the experience with a commitment to the organization’s culture and mission and a connection to the people, places, and resources required for success.
