Essentials of World-Class Onboarding
All new hires are onboarded, but not all of them are onboarded particularly well. Not all of them are integrated in a deliberate, effective way that creates value for an organization while providing even more value for new hires. Few companies have an onboarding system that provides the majority of new hires an optimal experience that starts at offer acceptance (or before) and lasts well into the first year, is truly strategic in design and impact, and redefines the employee-employer compact to both parties’ advantage.
