I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Expand Talent Development’s Purpose
As talent development evolves, it’s important to recognize how it is changing and what we need to do to ensure that the roles keep up with the TD industry and our organizations. The industry isn’t just changing; it is growing to maintain the pace of change our organizations are experiencing. An ATD whitepaper, Chief Talent Development Officers: Driving Strategy and Performance, explored the changing purpose of talent development and found that 89 percent of TD professionals believe that their roles are expanding (ATD 2017a).
The expansion goes beyond our role to ensure that learning occurs and performance improves. We must also accept responsibility to lead talent development within our organizations, ...
