Nurture Your Talent Development Staff’s Development
You are a talent development professional, responsible for developing your staff. I believe that there are three parts for learning to be successful. We need to ensure that all learners have competence, confidence, and commitment to use what they learn. It’s easy to consider competence—the content and the skills. However, if we only give them competence, we’re only doing a third of our job. We need to ensure that all learners, including our staff, have the commitment necessary to make changes based on the content, and the confidence to grow and make the change.
