So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Demonstrating the impact that the talent development function has on the organization has always been a challenge. However, as Wendy Kirkpatrick (2018) states, “Training evaluation doesn’t have to be as complicated as you think.” And, showing the value—the return produced by the money invested—is important to your organization.
