So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Your role is growing, and your future challenge will be twofold. First, expand your aperture and take a broader view of your role to include the entire organization. Second, be prepared to stop doing things. You can’t implement the new services and continue to do what you’ve been doing.
