Employees Value Learning

An organization whose employees value learning has a strong learning foundation. In return, a learning organization that helps employees shape the direction of their careers encourages engagement. Yet this valuable task is often ignored or handled inconsistently or as an afterthought. Today’s organizations expect that employees will be accountable for their own development, and talent development is there to provide support and to ensure resources are available.
