The organization’s mindset is a critical part of building a strong talent development foundation. The effort will be more successful with the right mindset. The question is, what’s the right mindset for your organization? And what is a mindset anyway?
A mindset is a set of assumptions, methods, beliefs, or concepts held by people or groups of people. You could have a social, business, political, grateful, confident, or creative mindset.
