An incredible number of pressures are placed on organizations today: rapid technological changes; new, tougher competition; a demographically changing workforce; increased globalization; higher customer expectations; greater employee expectations; and a constantly increasing rate of change. Every one of these pressures faced by your organization requires the attention of talent development professionals.
