So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

About the CD
This is an audio CD, rather than a CD-ROM, so you can play it on the best speakers you’ve got. The tutorials, of course, should be loaded into your computer.
Tracks that are voice or music demos have been mastered around –2 dBFS, comparable to commercial CDs. Most of the tone-based tracks have been mastered at –10 dBFS, to play at a moderate level on your system. Track 10 includes tone at 0 dBFS as a system check—turn down your speakers before playing it.
Instructions and track identifications on the CD have been sharply filtered, so they’re not mistaken for the material being demonstrated.
