EACH YEAR, THE COLOR MARKETING GROUP OF ALEXANDRIA, Virginia, hosts “colorconnects” events for color and design professionals representing ten different industries. Hundreds of designers work in teams across those industries to share non-competitive trend analysis, identify specific design drivers stemming from these trends, and then use those drivers to invent thirty new-to-the-world colors.
