Chapter 4 Implementing a Dial Plan For Multisite Deployments
Multisite dial plans have to address special issues, such as overlapping and nonconsecutive directory numbers, public switched telephone network (PSTN) access, PSTN backup, and tail-end hop-off (TEHO). This chapter describes how to build multisite dial plans using CUCM and Cisco IOS gateways.
