Manipulating the Drawing Environment
The chapters until now have focused primarily on drawing-file customization: establishing and enforcing drawing standards, creating drawing templates, and working with named objects and blocks. While drawing-file customization should be used to form the cornerstone of your overall customization plans for the Autodesk® AutoCAD® program, there are limitations to the productivity gains that can be made with drawing-file customization only.
