Install SharePoint 2010

When you are using Windows PowerShell to automate the setup and configuration of SharePoint 2010, one thing you may wish to do is to perform an unattended or scripted install of the SharePoint binaries. This is helpful when you are attempting to deploy SharePoint across numerous servers and potentially across several Farms. It's also useful when installing SharePoint in an offline scenario (on servers where there is no Internet access) and to help ensure that each server in the Farm is running the same build version of all installs. Doing a scripted install allows you to specify a local network path or local folder where the prerequisites installer can find all the required prerequisites.
