Manage Sites
Now that you have the ability to create Site Collections and your root-level Site via Windows PowerShell, it is time to turn our focus to Sites. Sites are where the end user spends their time in SharePoint. In many organizations, the creation of sub-Sites really falls onto the Site owners and is not in the hands of the administrators. However, there are often times when an administrator needs to create or otherwise manipulate Sites on behalf of end users.
