Chapter 8: Creating Mini Web Apps
Up to this point, most of what we have talked about are journeys and automations and all the things that are possible inside of the tools in Marketing Cloud. These are most definitely the bread and butter of automation in Marketing Cloud, but there is another capability that is fairly overlooked – the ability to augment Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) by creating your own web app inside of Marketing Cloud. These web applications are similar to Salesforce Labs products such as Query Studio and Deployment Manager.
