I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Introduction
One approach IBM has made in open standards is to invest in, then develop and manage the appropriate standard organization. A case in point is the Web Services Interoperability Organization.
In February 2002, IBM and Microsoft, together with over 50 more industry leaders, formed the new Web Services Interoperability Organization (WS-I), committed to promoting interoperability among Web services based on common, industry-accepted definitions and related XML standards support.
